- Group transportation to and from Cancun airport. If you arrive outside the set time for group pick up and drop off transportation will not be included. But not to worry, Cancun airport is only 15-20 minutes away from the retreat, there will be plenty of affordable taxi services available

- Flights. Flights are not included with purchase, you are responsible for flights to and from Cancun for duration of trip

- Dinners out. 1 dinner on the last night is not included. Night out in Cancun hottest restaurant.

- Canceling more than 1 month prior to arrival: 70% of total refunded
- Canceling more than 15 days prior to arrival: 50 % of total refunded
- Canceling with less than 7 days prior to arrival or less: No refund.
